By visiting this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The purpose of these articles is to inform you of the terms, conditions and responsibilities which apply to reservations and cancellations.
Article 1: Rates All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT and are per room per night, for a specified number of people per room and for the selected date.
Article 2: Reservations By booking through the site or you are making a reservation directly with the holiday centre by e-mail or by phone. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail, therefore your reservation has not been recorded.
Please keep a copy of the e-mail confirming your reservation.
If you wish to reserve a package, you must make your reservation no more than 48 hours before your date of arrival. For reservations within 48 hours of arrival, please contact the holiday centre directly by phone on +358 8 732 322.
Article 3: Payment When making a reservation, you will be asked to give your card number and expiry date. The card's expiry date must not be earlier than the departure date of the customer making the booking.
Payment for the balance of your stay will be made directly at Camp Norwide's reception desk at your arrival.
Our reservation system is security-protected, and your credit card number and personal data are securely processed and stored.
Article 4: Guarantee of reservation Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed on acceptance of your card details (type, number, expiry date and cardholder's name), which are provided as a guarantee. Your reservation is effective from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
This guarantee ensures that your room is reserved beyond 7 p.m., whatever your time of arrival.
Article 5: Changes of reservation Requests to alter your reservation must be made by contacting us directly, either by telephoning us on +358 8 732 322 or by e-mailing email@example.com. Changes to your reservation are only effective once confirmed by the holiday centre.
Article 6: Cancellation All cancellations must be sent by e-mail, fax or post. Cancellations are valid only once confirmed in writing by the holiday centre, by post, fax or e-mail. If you do not receive such confirmation, we recommend that you contact the holiday centre to confirm that your cancellation has been received, and to request written confirmation.
Cancellations at the customer's request are subject to the following fees:
• Up to 48 hours before arrival: no fee
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: you will be billed for the first night of your stay.
For groups of 5 or more people, terms of cancellation will be set out in a specific contract between you and the holiday centre, to be negotiated at the time of making a reservation.
Terms of cancellation of your stay are also contained in the e-mail confirming your reservation.
Article 7: Acceptance of terms By making a reservation through the website or www.hossanlomakeskus.com, you acknowledge that your reservation is subject to these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
